MMA Fitness – Don’t Let Traveling Stop You from Exercising

The Inchworm:  Start out in a push-up position.  Slowly walk your feet toward your hands.  Raise your hips into the air as you walk, but keep your head and torso straight.  When your feet are close to your hands you’ll begin walking your hands away from your feet until you are in push-up position again.  Do 10 repetitions for one set then rest for a minute before doing your second set.  Fighters who do MMA in MD will get a lot from this circuit no matter where they travel.
